Your convenience, security and anonymity are important to us, so you can only buy online, no in-person or in-store pick-up is possible. Your order will be delivered by courier to the address provided.
On the morning of delivery, you will receive an email from the courier service with the expected delivery time. The email will include a phone number where you can contact the courier and change the delivery time.
The opening code of the vending machine will be sent to you by e-mail and also by SMS to the phone number you have provided, after you have placed the parcel in the machine.
"Order processing" Automatic message about the order. You can cancel or modify your order as long as your this is order status is. Please send an email to info@cbdvasarlas.eu with your order number and what you would like to change.
"Order accepted" Your order is packed and on its way to you. Unfortunately, our customer service is no longer able to make changes.
